These terms cover your use of this website. Any work we do for you is covered only by the written agreement you sign, with the cover page and cancellation rights Nevada requires. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
An estimate is not an offer
The instant estimate, the calculators, the examples and the guides give estimates and information. None of them is an offer, a quote or a promise about your home or your bill. A price is binding only when it is written into an agreement you sign.
Your bill and your taxes
With solar you still receive an electric bill from NV Energy. Actual utility rates may go up or down and actual savings may vary. Nothing on this site is tax advice: it is recommended that you consult with an independent tax professional about any tax credit or incentive.
Who we are not
We are not NV Energy and not part of any government program.
Our guides
Each guide carries the date its facts were checked and links the sources it rests on. Rates, rules and court cases change, so check the date. The guides are general information, not legal advice for your situation.
Links to other sites
We link to the Contractors Board, NV Energy, statutes and other sources so you can check them yourself. We do not control those sites.

Send us a note. We look at your roof by satellite and a year of your bills, and you get a fixed written price before you sign anything. No visit until you ask for one. If your roof is not a good candidate we will say so.
